Health Information Distribution via the Company Newsletter

Health Information Distribution via the Company Newsletter

2026.03.03

We distribute health information in three main ways.

1. Health Lectures at the Safety and Health Committee

At the monthly safety and health committee meeting, an industrial physician gives a health lecture. We also hold talks on seasonal topics (such as heatstroke and influenza) and other topics to raise health awareness, such as lifestyle-related diseases. The Health Management Office also develops and presents talks on diet and lifestyle-related diseases in conjunction with the industrial physician’s talk.

2. Information Distribution via the Company Newsletter

We publish health-related information in the company newsletter, aiming to encourage employees to reevaluate their own health by publishing information about the practices of people close to them. Topics include “Eat fish,” “Using the METs Chart,” and “Mindfulness.” We also interview employees about the health practices they are taking. Past articles have included topics such as “What I did to improve my blood pressure” and “Measures to combat sleep apnea.”

In fact, some employees have even decided to try the same health methods after learning about those close to them. The interviews and articles have further increased their awareness.

③ Posting the “Health Newsletter” issued by the Public Health Nurse on the Bulletin Board

The health newsletter sent by the public health nurse each month is posted on the bulletin board to share information with employees. The newsletter is also posted digitally on the company’s business chat to ensure it is easily accessible.

Currently, in response to COVID-19 infection prevention measures, the Health and Safety Committee is being held via Zoom. Going forward, we are considering having an industrial physician give a talk in person, while monitoring the infection situation, to further raise employee awareness of health.
