The company fully covers the costs of annual health checkups and optional tests, allowing employees to understand their health status and preventing the onset of cerebrovascular disease and the worsening of lifestyle-related diseases. In addition to optional tests such as tumor marker tests and women’s-specific health checkups (breast cancer and cervical cancer), employees who request them also receive gastroscopy and various ultrasounds (abdominal, cardiac, and carotid artery) at the company’s expense.

As a result, we have achieved a 100% health checkup attendance rate.

In addition, our Health Management Office contacts employees who are eligible for health guidance and arranges individual interviews with public health nurses.

Until now, we have simply encouraged employees to receive health guidance without checking whether they actually received it. However, we now communicate with public health nurses and receive detailed information on those who are actively participating and those who have neglected to report their progress, encouraging them to receive proper guidance.
